Approving someone who accepted an invitation, and giving access to a shared partition, happen in the ModelBrain app (Account, Teams), because they hand out keys. Removing someone works here and takes effect at once.

Shared from the app. Their contents are encrypted with keys only members' computers hold; we see names, sizes and who has access, never memories.

Members whose address is in your verified domain sign in through your identity provider (OpenID Connect: Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta). It proves who someone is and nothing more: computers and keys are approved as before.
Audit log
Membership, access, keys, billing and sign-in events, kept for 400 days. Never the content of anyone's memories.
Delete organization
Stops billing and deletes the shared partitions' encrypted data from our servers after 14 days. Every member keeps what is already on their computers.
